Alice Emmanuilidis

Alice Emmanuilidis passed away on May 20, 2026 at Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional in Cape May Court House, NJ. Alice is survived by her beloved husband Louis M. D'Alonzo, her brother Bernie Tulino and his wife Lois and their son Adam, her cousin Josie Collins and her dear friend of many years, Rosemary Tomcho and her special friend Diane Luongo. Alice was also godmother to many of her friends' children.

Alice was born and raised in South Philadelphia and was a proud graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School for Girls Class of 1969. Alice worked numerous jobs over the years from bank teller to clothing store clerk, but her favorite job was working at Lou and Son's Deli in South Philly. She enjoyed working but retired early due to an illness and relocated to New Jersey. She loved her two pets, Chloe and Savannah, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Alice was a loving and generous person. The cliche "she would give the shirt off her back" described Alice perfectly. Alice was a loyal friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Alice's visitation Friday May 29, 2026 from 9:30am to 10:20am St. Barnabas Church 6300 Buist Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19142 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Internment of Alice's cremains to follow her Funeral Mass in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
