Antonino "Nino" Sgro

Antonino "Nino" Sgro passed away suddenly on January 24, 2022 at the age of 80. Nino was born in Messina, Sicily to the late Giuseppe and Nina Sgro. Nino was the beloved husband of the late Concetta (nee Fazio). He was the loving Papa to Giuseppe Sgro, Victor Sgro and Dino Sgro (Lisa). Devoted Nonno to Michael and Gina. Nino also leaves behind his brother Vincenzo and many nieces, nephews and family in Italy.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 9:00 am until 9:45 am at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Nino's Funeral Mass will follow at 10 am. After Mass, Nino will be interred in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery where he will be reunited with his wife, Concetta.
