Eugene M. Dillmore

Eugene "Gene" M. Dillmore, Age 82, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed on December 1, 2024. Gene was the son of the late Eugene J. and Kathryn Dillmore.

Gene was born and raised in Drexel Hill. He was a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and St. Joseph’s University. Gene began his career as a teacher at his alma mater, Bonner High School. He served most of his career at CoreStates Bank where he retired as Assistant Vice President.

Gene’s passions were Russian culture, music, collecting antique radios, and traveling. He enjoyed a simple life. Above of all he treasured his relationships with his neighbors and their tight knit community. He also loved talking and spending time with family and friends.

Gene was the beloved brother of the late Anne (Dillmore) Gavin. Gene is survived by his nieces and nephews Kathryn, Christine, and Mark, as well as his great-nieces and great-nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass, Wednesday morning, December 11, 2024, 10:30 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3500 School Ln, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Interment thereafter at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
