James F. Pownall

James F. "Pony" Pownall age 60 suddenly on April 3, 2020 of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Jimmy grew up in Southwest Philadelphia and graduated from West Catholic High School for Boys in 1978. He worked at Al Parise"s Hardware Store becoming Baldwin's Hardware on Elmwood Avenue. He also worked for a short time at Southwest Fruit and Produce at 63rd & Grays Avenue. Jimmy moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 2007 after his mother Louise's death.

Jimmy is the son of the late Louise M. McDonough and William Pownall. He is survived by his daughter Anna Pownall and Bernadette McDonough Prudente.
