Jean K. (Koran) Cusick

Nottingham

Jean K. (nee Koran) Cusick age 91 of Nottingham, Pa formerly of East Lansdowne, Pa. Jean initially lived in Southwest Philadelphia in Most Blessed Sacrament parish. She also lived in Honolulu, Hawaii.

She was a graduate of Bartram High School, class of 1947 where she excelled as a member of the diving team. Jean worked as a phone operator at Bell Telephone and at General Electric upon graduating from high school, eventually working in frontline culinary logistics until she was 81.

Jean was married in 1951 and had six children, Joe (Paula), Bill (Linda), Bob (Carolyn), Chris (Diane), Jeanne (deceased), Trish Swisher (Wayne), seventeen grandchildren, Kara, Lori, Josh, Bob, Tim, Bart, Jim, Sarah, Jay, Chris, Vince, Joe, Diana, Andrew, Phaedra, Leah, Zack and Fourteen Great Grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, May 15 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at King Funeral Service, 209 N. Newtown Street Road (Route 252), Newtown Square. Jean's funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens Broomall, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated and can be made in Jean's memory to the Ronald McDonald House.
