Joseph J. Realdine

Joseph John Realdine 1981 - 2018 It is with great sadness that the family announces Joe's (Joey) passing on April 13th, 2018 after losing his courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving parents Joe and Eileen, sister Jackie (Harry), nephews Mason and Chase, grandmothers Angie Realdine and Gloria Dillon, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Joe is and will be missed by all those who knew him. He was a graduate of West Catholic and LaSalle University and made a career in the insurance industry at GeoBlue. Joe enjoyed the outdoors especially hiking and fishing. He was a passionate Philly sports fan and was happy to see his beloved Eagles win a Superbowl. He also was an avid reader and a history enthusiast. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for all the compassionate care from the nurses, nursing assistants and staff at the Hospital of the University of Penn oncology floors especially Rhodes 7 where he spent most of his hospital stay.   Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Church of St. Dorothy, Township Line & Burmont Roads, Drexel Hill, PA.
