Kathleen P. (Curran) Calderaro

Kathleen Calderaro (nee Curran), age 79, of Henderson, NV, formerly of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday July 28, 2022. Kathleen was born in South Philadelphia to the late James and Barabara (nee O'Hara) Curran and was raised in Southwest Philadelphia, St. Clement's Parish. She was a graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic High School for Girls.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Vincent J. Calderaro. She was also predeceased by her siblings, James Curran of Philadelphia, PA, Mary Provence of Philadelphia, PA and Barbara Ostrow of Las Vegas, NV.

Kathleen will be lovingly remembered by her four surviving children, Kathleen Binczak (Joseph) of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Vincent G. Calderaro of Henderson, NV, Patricia Pitcairn (Arthur) of Newtown Square, PA, and Maureen Calderaro-Boal. Loving grandmother of Richard Klaus, Laura Lentz (nee Binczak), Kaitlyn Binczak, Kylie Pitcairn, Marissa Boal, Connor Pitcairn and Mark Boal. She will also be missed by her many pet dogs that she adored "Bruno and Louie" and her pet bird cockatiel "Henry", and also many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Through her devotion to the Catholic faith, Kathleen had an enduring love of Jesus Christ and honored what Christ did on the cross for her salvation. She unconditionally cared for her family, touched the hearts of many and her passion for life, great sense of humor, and wonderful memories will always be cherished.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Friday August 12, 2022, at 11am located at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063. After Mass there will be a private graveside ceremony at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA
