Lawrence P. Rivello

Lawrence P. Rivello age 83 on December 2, 2018 formerly of SW Phila., Newark and Bear, DE. Larry was employed at the GE plant, 6900 Elmwood Ave. in Southwest Philly for 42 ½ years as a metal straightener. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. During happy times, it was common for him to belt out his favorite Sinatra tunes. He loved his grandchildren dearly and enjoyed attending all of their events. He was a VIP member of Delaware Park Casino and loved enjoying those "Wildwood Wildwood Days” with his family. Lawrence was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor (nee Candela). Devoted father of Carmen (Nanette), Linda (Rusty) Kutys and Joe (Kim). Also survived by 7 grandchildren: Mario (Aimee), Carmen Jr. (Angie), Phil (Brooke), Renee, Russell, Kailee, Dillon and 6 great grandchildren: Ayla, Briella, Scarlett, Peyton, Dominic and Romeo. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday 9:30 to 10:45am St. Barnabas Church, 6300 Buist Ave., Phila. Funeral Mass 11 am. Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
