Leo M. Stenson, Jr., affectionately known to family and friends as Lee, passed away suddenly on June 22, 2026 at the age of 46.
Born on October 20, 1979 to Leo M. and Loretta (nee Miller) Stenson, Lee was the oldest of five children. He grew up in a lively household with four brothers and a sister, surrounded by a family who loved him unconditionally. He loved his daughter, Leah, more than anything and was incredibly proud of the young woman she has become.
In recent years, Lee worked hard to rebuild his life with strength, determination, and faith. He was always charismatic and able to relate to people from all walks of life. His newest challenge him and his doctors were trying to remedy, was with major heart issues.
Some of Lee's favorite memories were attending live WWE events with his dad and brothers, cheering on the Phillies with his family, 76ers and of course, the Eagles. Lee loved spending summers in Wildwood, his favorite place on earth.
The loss of his father, Leo M. Stenson, just nine months ago was something he carried deeply. Their bond was one that remained close throughout his life.
Lee is survived by his daughter Leah Stenson; his mother, Loretta (nee Miller) Stenson; his brothers: Brendan Stenson (Samantha), James Stenson (Danielle), and David Stenson (Samantha); his sister, Lorianne Stenson (Sean); his nieces: Nora, Maeve, and Hailey Rose; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, lifelong friends, and all those whose lives he touched. He was deeply loved by his family, and they never stopped believing in him, standing beside him, or celebrating the man he had become.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo M. Stenson.
Relatives and friends are invited to Lee's Funeral Mass at St. Pius X Church on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11 am. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Leah's education would be greatly appreciated. Contributions can be made in James Stenson's name.
