Linda M. Taylor passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Walter C. Taylor and Catherine M. (nee Dunn) Taylor. Linda is survived by her sisters Kathleen (Albert) Friedman, Maureen, Eileen Tharp and brother Walter (Clara). She is also survived by her nephew, Christopher and many other nieces and nephews.
Linda was raised in Darby, PA and attended Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic School and graduated from Darby High School. After relocating to Silver Spring, Maryland, Linda worked in Washington, D.C. in various positions involving finance and computer-based problem solving.
Linda loved "oldies music" and as teenager, she frequently went to dances and attended Dick Clark's American Bandstand in Philadelphia. She attended many performances and social events by the National Symphony Orchestra where she met people from all over the world.
Linda always had a curious nature about the things around her and was a lifelong learner. She was an avid reader and exhibited enthusiasm for the things she enjoyed.
Linda will be remembered for her honesty, kindness and the love she shared with her family. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Linda's service and interment were private.
