Mariana Curtin (nee Mokriski) was born in Philadelphia on February 24, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (nee Krupiak) Mokriski, and the beloved wife of the late Arthur G. Curtin. An indefatigable world traveler in her earlier years, Mariana was a perennial student of literature, philosophy and theology, and took delight in art, music and her faith. Despite many serious health issues, she remained active as a private tutor and consultant right up until her death. She was an active member of St. Anastasia Parish in Newtown Square, where she taught CCD and acted as a greeter at the Saturday, 5:15 pm Mass. She will be greatly missed by her many friends.
