Patricia M. Gillin

Patricia "Trish" Gillin age 77 passed away on March 9, 2024. Trish is the daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (nee King) Gillin. Trish's  mother died in 1957 and after living still in South Philadelphia a few years , it was determined to be in her best interest to be raised by her aunt and uncle who lived in Southwest Philadelphia. Trish was a 1965 graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls. She decided along with a few of her classmates to move to Florida to fine her destiny. She was a administrative assistant for a number of years at different doctor offices in South Florida. Unfortunately in later years, Trish was beginning the cross of dementia and moved north for support by her brother and sister-in-law and spent the last number of years at a local nursing facility.

Trish is survived her daughter Josephine A. Ahern (Roland M. III) who lives in South Florida, two grandchildren Joshua and Madeline Ahern,  and her brother Harry J. Gillin (Linda) of Broomall, She is also survived her nephews Brian M. Gillin (Heather),Douglas J. Gillin (Gina) and Gregory S. Gillin (Chris). She is also survived by many cousins who live in the local areas.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Wednesday March 20th from 9:00am till her Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008. Inurnment will be private at Holy Cross Cemetery where Trish will be reunited with her mother.
