Patrick G. Mcmahon

Patrick Gerard McMahon age 34 suddenly on April 4, 2019 of Delray Beach, FL formerly of Philadelphia and West Chester, PA. Patrick was a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and attended Drexel University. He was an active addiction counselor in the Florida community, caring friend, as well as a loving father, son, and brother. Patrick is survived by his parents, Michael and Claudia (nee Roberts) McMahon, his sister Veronica (Kyle) Croce and Albert (Cecilia) McMahon, and his beloved sons Holden and Liam McMahon. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation with his family Tuesday May 7th from 9am to 9:50am SS. Simon & Jude Church, Routes 3 & 352, West Chester, PA 19382. Funeral Mass 10am. Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
