Robert W. Foy

Robert W. Foy age 90 passed away on July 18, 2022 at Little Flower Manor in Darby, PA. Son of the late Edmund and Amelia (nee Roman) Beloved brother of Dot Hanlon (Charlie) and the late Edmund Foy and Peg Schriver. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bob was born and raised in Epiphany Parish in South Philadelphia. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service serving most of his career at branches in South Philadelphia. Bob loved to swim and would walk from 12th & Tree Street in South Philadelphia to the "Y" at 15th & Arch Streets in center city. He was a man of many interests and hobbies including photography, stamp collecting and baking bread, and in his mind was as good as bakery brought bread if not better.

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Friday July 22, 2022 at St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Avenue, Primos, PA 19018 from 9:30am to 10:20am. Funeral Mass 10:30am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
