Veronica M. Lawler

Veronica "Ronnie" (nee Nelson) Lawler. Ronnie passed away on May 17,2026. She resided in Villas, NJ and was formerly of Folcroft, PA. Wife of the late John J. Lawler Jr. Beloved mother of Jack (Kelly) Lawler, Jeanie (Joe) Rose and Maryann (Robert) Marandola. Also survived by her eight grandchildren, her sister-in-law Linda Nelson and many nieces and nephews. Ronnie is pre-deceased by her siblings George Nelson, Carol Pearl, James Nelson, and Robert Nelson.

Ronnie loved people. It would not be unusual for her to strike up a conversation with a total stranger in her neighborhood or a local Wawa. She just enjoyed speaking with other people, no matter who they were. Many will miss her friendly personality.

Ronnie's family would like to express their thanks to her local friends, Loretta, Donna, Kathy and Tom, for taking such good care of her and staying in touch with Ronnie making sure her needs were being met. Her family will never forget your many kindnesses.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 9:45am to 10:45am at St. George Church 11 E. Lamont Avenue, Glenolden, PA followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Internment immediately after Mass at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
