Charles J. Courtney

Charles J. Courtney, "Charlie", age 62 passed away suddenly on December 30, 2024 at his home in Southwest Philadelphia. Charlie lived his entire life in Southwest Philly. He was the son of the late Charles and Helen (nee Tobin) Courtney. Beloved brother of Helen (Vince) Bakanauskas, Kathleen (Bill) Leitch, Patricia (Michael) Hooker, Michael (Kelly) and the late David. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 10:00 am until 10:50 am at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Drive, Secane, PA 19018. Funeral Mass to follow at 11 am. Charlie will be interred in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery following Mass.
