Kathleen Whitehead

Kathleen Whitehead entered into eternal life on October 29, 2023 at the age of 62. Kathleen, fondly nicknamed "Beanie" was the devoted mother of Matthew Sadowy. She was the beloved daughter of William and Agnes Whitehead; the loving sister of Agnes Whitehead, William (Catherine) Whitehead, and Theresa Loar; the beloved aunt of nephews William and Gary Michael Loar; and the niece of Anna Whitehead. 

Kathleen was born and raised in Philadelphia and attended Most Blessed Sacrament Grade School and West Catholic Girls High School. She worked various jobs including cafeteria worker for the school district in Kensington. She was a kind and gentle soul who use to love going to the casino and watching all types of movies. She will be greatly missed!

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Wednesday, November 8 at 10 am at St. Mary Manor Chapel, 701 Lansdale Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446. Kathleen's Funeral Mass will follow at 11 am. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery, 3900 N. Front Street, Philadelphia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kathleen's name to Women Against Abuse, would be appreciated.
